As time is precious, set up a meeting schedule either weekly or monthly depending on your needs and – where possible – organise face-to-face catch-ups. Bouncing around ideas in person may seem old-fashioned in a digital age but it’s always fruitful.
Talk through reports and use the opportunity to discuss changes whenever needed. It’s all about a two-way conversation.
