It’s simple – if you’re out of content ideas, just listen to your customers.
Find out exactly what they’re asking for; perhaps it’s more information about a certain product or they’re looking for a specific solution to a new problem. Whatever they’re enquiring about, you should be producing content to cover it.
You could join your sales team on the phone. Turn the prospects’ frustrations into your next blog post that addresses their pain points. It’s all about the detail, so pick up the keywords they use and incorporate them (rather than using your own jargon).
Your customer support team is the next port of call. They’re in regular contact with your customers so are likely bursting with insights that you can turn into content pieces. Utilise your customer base (and potential customers) as tools for collecting information that can then be transformed into useful content.
