Use content to get customers to buy MORE

Stay in touch with your customers – we can’t recommend this enough. And it’s not that hard.

You have their emails; you can encourage them to follow you on social media. So what do you do with this contact info? You court them! Let them get to know you openly and honestly and provide informative material that’s relevant and offers value.

Don’t spam them with tiny discounts or hound them with messages about your products. That’s like trying to get a date with someone by listing your good features over and over. Not cool.

Instead, keep in touch with customers when you have interesting content to share and over time, these customers will purchase more of your goods. If you’re a financial services provider, for instance, offer free financial advice, in return for potential future custom when they need financial assistance.
