Agency-client communication is key

Communication is paramount for any relationship, including the partnership between agency and client.

An initial chat is all well and good but thorough, ongoing conversations lead to successful projects. As time is precious, set up a meeting schedule either weekly or monthly depending on your needs and – where possible – organise face-to-face catch-ups. Bouncing around ideas in person may seem old-fashioned in a digital age but it’s always fruitful.

Talk through reports and use the opportunity to discuss changes whenever needed. It’s all about a two-way conversation.
